This three-story Pacific Beach townhome had a lot going for it: an arched window lighting up the staircase, an open floor plan. But the gray-green walls throughout felt heavy and closed the whole place in. Noah wanted a lighter, more neutral palette that would work well whether the home was lived in or shown to buyers.
BeforeAfterWe painted the walls throughout every level, including the two-car garage, touched up the closets, doors, and baseboards, and repainted the ceilings in the second-level kitchen, living room, and all three guest bathrooms. In the kitchen, we took the cabinets down to a clean surface, primed them, and sprayed them white, a relatively small piece of the job that ends up making a big visual difference every time someone walks in.
BeforeAfterThe whole project took three to four days. What used to feel dated and dim now feels bright, open, and move-in ready from top to bottom.
