Matt, Vista

Matt’s home in Vista had one color story throughout: a flat, dated tan, inside and out. He wanted something with a lot more personality. This was a full interior and exterior repaint, plus a little bit of cleanup. An old backyard pergola that had seen better days came down, and we patched and repaired the stucco underneath it.

Outside, we prepped and painted the stucco, eaves, fascia boards, wood trim, and entry doors, repairing hairline cracks along the way so the finish would look clean and last. The color choice made the biggest difference here. Trading a flat tan for crisp white stucco with a bold blue trim gave the whole house a lot more curb appeal.

Inside, walls, ceilings, closets, baseboards, and doors all got the same fresh coat, in a teal green that’s a real departure from the old tan, the kind of change that makes a house feel brand new without moving a single wall.

Total time on site was about 3 days, and the home looks like a completely different place for it.
